About Shipping

General
We attempt to ship all orders within 24 business hours of being placed, unless a product is on back order, or is being made to order. We ship Monday through Friday only. Orders received by 12 noon Pacific Time on these days are usually shipped the same day. Orders received after 12 noon, or on weekends, normally ship the next business day. U.S. orders are usually shipped via UPS, or by USPS for small envelope orders. Express 1-2 Business Day and 2-3 Business Day Delivery is available on most items by special request. Extra charges apply to all expedited shipping. Delivery time is usually 2 to 6 business days, depending on how close you are to our Anaheim, California location.

 UPS Notes
For your protection, all of our UPS shipments include insurance. UPS does not usually require a signature for delivery, but the decision to require or not require a signature is totally up to your driver. Some drivers will not leave an unattended package at an apartment address, but will deliver them to the apartment office instead. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

Damaged Products
Despite the fact that we carefully inspect and pack our products for shipment, occasionally they are damaged in transit. Fortunately, this happens very rarely, and insured products damaged by UPS are their responsibility. If your UPS-delivered order is damaged during shipment, please contact them immediately. They must either inspect or approve your loss before we can make adjustments, or re-ship the order.

Address Errors or Changes
Addressing errors guarantee a late delivery and possible extra charges, so please take care to provide us with an accurate address. We are not responsible for the late delivery, or extra charges that occur due to incorrect shipping address submissions. UPS may charge us a $5.00 to $10.00 surcharge if they have to correct an address. Any UPS surcharges for errors, changes, or omissions will be your responsibility.

Shipping and Handling Charges
The amount we charge for delivering our products is our best estimate of our actual expenses for doing so. Our actual expenses include not only the charges by the carrier, but also the cost of shipping/packing materials, and the time required to package and process the shipment.
