Currently,
we can only process orders/payments/shipments for customers in the United States
and Canada.
Quality Guarantee..
We make every
effort to provide you with the best quality products
available. In the unlikely event that any of
our products are defective when you receive them, we will
at our option, exchange, repair, or issue credit for them for up to 60 days. This guarantee is limited to product repair
or replacement only. Additional expenses of any kind, including
shipping and handling charges, are not covered and are the
responsibility of the customer. Some products not manufactured by
us are covered by factory warranties.
Returns..
All returns
must be pre-approved, include an RMA number and a copy of
the original invoice, and be received by within 60 days of
initial delivery. Special order, damaged, and other non-resellable
products, are not returnable.
Shipping Charges..
Shipping
charges to return, or replace ordered products is your
responsibility.
Restocking Charges..
A 20% restocking charge applies to
the return of non-defective products.
Shipment Damage..
Products
shipped by UPS are insured; and are the responsibility of UPS
if damaged. If products from your order are either damaged or lost during shipment,
please contact UPS immediately. UPS must inspect or approve
any losses, before adjustments of any kind can be made.
Product Shortages..
Shortages
on delivered orders must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
Backorders..
Some of the many products that we carry are
made to order, and as such are
not in stock for immediate shipment.
92% of our backordered products are shipped within 2 weeks of order placement,
98% within 3 weeks, and 99.97% within 4 weeks. Some unusual made-to-order items may require 2-4 weeks to
manufacture and ship.
